1. Agreement
These terms apply to use of MailPivot ARM64. By using the software, you agree to these terms and to the terms and policies of the third-party services you connect.
2. Purpose and status
MailPivot ARM64 is an independent Windows on Arm mail client. During the current pre-release period, features may change and Gmail production availability is subject to Google OAuth verification.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the mail accounts, API credentials and services you connect, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and each provider's terms.
4. Mail actions
MailPivot performs mail actions requested through its user interface. Sending a message requires user action through the normal Send control; batch workflows are designed as assistance workflows and do not provide an automatic-send command. You are responsible for reviewing recipients, subject, body, attachments and account selection before sending.
5. AI assistance
Optional AI features are assistive tools only. AI-generated or AI-transformed text may be inaccurate, incomplete, mistranslated or inappropriate. Always review AI output before sending or relying on it. AI use may incur charges from the user's OpenAI API account.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use MailPivot to violate law, provider rules, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, anti-spam requirements, or to conduct abuse, harassment, phishing, credential theft, malware distribution or other harmful activity.
7. Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple, OpenAI and other providers are independent third parties. Their availability, authentication requirements, API terms, pricing and policies may change. MailPivot cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.
8. Privacy
The handling of personal data and Google user data is described in the MailPivot ARM64 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation and backups
Users should maintain appropriate backups of important data and verify critical mail actions. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party outages, user configuration, device failure, or unreviewed AI output.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as the application changes. The current version will be published at this URL.
12. Independence
MailPivot ARM64 is not an official, sponsored or endorsed product of Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Yahoo, Apple Inc., OpenAI, Arm Limited or other referenced service providers. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
