MailPivot ARM64
Mail-chat experience for Windows on Arm. A native ARM64 Windows desktop mail client that combines chat-style personal conversations with conventional mail composition for business and other formal messages.
What MailPivot does
Multiple mail providers
Connect Gmail, Microsoft mail accounts, Yahoo, iCloud and standards-based IMAP/SMTP accounts in one Windows application.
Mail and chat views
Read personal conversations in a chat-oriented view while retaining normal compose, reply, reply-all and forward workflows.
HTML mail
Display HTML messages and preserve HTML formatting when copying, pasting, composing, translating and forwarding where supported.
Optional AI assistance
With a user-supplied OpenAI API key, MailPivot can assist with summaries, translation, grammar and drafting. AI output is assistive and must be reviewed by the user.
Google / Gmail access
MailPivot uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the Gmail API to provide the user-facing functions of an installed email client. It requests the following Gmail scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify
This scope is used to read and display messages, send messages, work with labels and mailbox state, and perform user-requested actions such as marking read/unread, archiving, moving to trash and restoring where supported. MailPivot does not request the broader https://mail.google.com/ scope.
MailPivot does not automatically send Gmail API-derived message content to OpenAI. Automatic/batch cloud-AI transmission of Gmail API-derived content is blocked. If a user copies or moves Gmail-derived content into a compose, reply or forward editor and then explicitly presses an AI feature button, the text currently in that editor may be sent to the OpenAI API for the requested user-facing AI operation. Gmailへのアクセス
GmailではGoogle OAuth 2.0とGmail APIを使用し、スコープは gmail.modify のみを要求します。メールの閲覧・表示・送信、ラベル／既読状態、アーカイブ、ごみ箱移動、復元など、ユーザーが選んだメールクライアント機能のために使用します。
クラウドAI
OpenAI APIは任意機能で、ユーザー自身のAPIキーを使用します。Gmail API由来本文をバッチ処理から自動的にOpenAIへ送ることはありません。一方、新規メール／返信／転送の編集欄にGmail由来内容が含まれている場合でも、ユーザーがAIボタンを明示的に押したときは、その編集欄本文が選択したAI処理のためOpenAI APIへ送信されることがあります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
